Short Autobiography
- I was born on 16 June 1973 in the town of Asenovgrad, Bulgaria.
- In 1992 I finished the Professional School for Applied Arts in Smolyan and later on, in 1998, I graduated in Fine Arts Pedagogy from the South-West University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad.
- I have worked as an Art teacher in several schools in Asenovgrad.
- I worked as a sound engineer and presenter for three years between 1995 and 1997 in Maya Radio Blagoevgrad, where I hosted my own two shows for rock music; later I worked for six months as a reporter for Strimon Radio Blagoevgrad.
- I have three published books - prose and poetry (Mind in the Mud, Ekobelan Publishing House, 1993; Boned Children, Intellect Publishing House, 1996; The Creator of Senses, Ekobelan Publishing House, 2013)
- In 1994 my book Mind in the Mud won an award at the Yuzhna Prolet (Southern Spring) Literary Competition.
- In 2004 my short story The Reflection won first prize at the national science fiction short story competition organised by the Usuri magazine.
- I have been part of the editorial board of the Asenovgrad Now newspaper for six months where I have about 50 published materials.
- I am the founder of the progressive rock project Aphasia - a band with which I have two released albums - Virgin World, 1996 (Grammy Records) and Raznodenstvie (≈EquiNOx), 2003 (Counter Attack Productions)
- For various reasons I have had experience with computer art design of books, CD covers, advertising materials and so on.
- In the last decade I have had about a dozen of one-man exhibitions of paintings in different cities in Bulgaria. The latest one (in 2009) was a co-exhibition of art photography jointly with my wife.
- Between May 1999 and October 2003 I worked as a reporter, editor and presenter in TV Sat Asenovgrad where I had my own TV show for rock music with about 300 shows broadcast.
- I have interviewed almost all popular people at the beginning of the new century in the fields of culture, sport and politics, including the last two Presidents of Bulgaria.
- I have worked as broadcast television operator for Trakia TV Channel - Plovdiv since March 2007.
